Refund and Return Policy

  1. 1.0Cancellation of Voucher

    1. 1.1In the event that you have accidentally purchased a voucher that you do not intend to buy, you may cancel the voucher with the condition you had passed the voucher deadline.
    2. 1.2The charges will automatically be refunded to your LOLOL wallet or in the form of cash voucher to your LOLOL account after deduct the cancellation charge (if applicable).
    3. 1.3The refund will be available in your LOLOL wallet within fourteen (14) working days.
  2. 2.0Cancellation of Item Deal

    1. 2.1Once the order is canceled after checking out, any promo code, point, voucher and any form of promotion used to purchase the deal will be forfeited and you will not be able to reuse it.
  3. 3.0Cancellation of Reservation

    1. 3.1Permitted cancellations of reservations may be made at least 60 minutes prior to the commencement time of your reservation.
  4. 4.0Cancellation of Order

    Clauses 4.1 and 4.2 apply for orders delivery only.

    1. 4.1Instant order

      Upon making your order through our application, you have the right to cancel order after the payment is made but before the merchant confirms the order. There will be a full refund on the order given if merchants have not confirm the order. LOLOL reserves the right to cancel orders based on inaccurate information or a history of dishonest and fraudulent activities using your account details. You may cancel your order by click on the “Customer Service” button under “Customer Service Center” and request the cancellation by informing our customer support.

      You are advised to contact merchant for the cancellation of your order. If the merchant agrees to accept the order cancellation, you will not be charged any cancellation fee and will be fully refund. On the other hand, if the merchant does not agree to accept the order cancellation, there will be no refund given for the cancellation. In the event that the merchant has confirmed your order and he/she does not manage to complete the process for deliver out your item in time (vary for different merchant for different category), you are allowed to cancel the order.

    2. 4.2Pre-order

      You are allowed to cancel your order if the merchant has not confirmed the order. In this case, full refund will be paid to you. If the merchant has confirmed your order, you may request the order cancellation by clicking on the “Customer Service” button under “Customer Service Center” and notify our customer support.

      You are advised to contact merchant for the cancellation for your order. If the merchant agrees to accept the order cancellation, you will not be charged any cancellation fee and will be fully refund. On the other hand, if the merchant does not agree to accept the order cancellation, there will be no refund given for the cancellation. In the event that the merchant has confirmed your order and he/she does not manage to complete the process for deliver out your item in time (vary for different merchant for different category), you are allowed to cancel the order.

  5. 5.0Refund of Voucher

    1. 5.1You can get refund when your voucher has expired.
    2. 5.2The payment that you have made for the voucher will be returned to your LOLOL wallet or the refund will be in the form of cash voucher to your LOLOL account after deduct the cancellation charge (if applicable).
    3. 5.3The refund will be available in your LOLOL wallet within fourteen (14) working days.
  6. 6.0Refund of Order

    Clauses 6.1 and 6.2 apply for pick up and delivery of orders.

    1. 6.1We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made to your LOLOL digital wallet. If the cancellation was made in time and once the merchant has accepted your cancellation, we will refund the amount to your digital wallet within thirty (30) working days, which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the goods or the services, as applicable.
    2. 6.2In the unlikely event that a Merchant prepare and deliver wrong items, you have the right to reject the pick up and delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item or reprepared the same item. If the Merchant can only do a partial delivery (a few items might be not available), its staff should inform you or propose a replacement for missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and get a refund. We are not responsible for wrong or partial delivery. The issue has to be settled directly with the Merchant.

We may cancel this contract if the goods and/or services are not available for any reason. For this case, there will be absolutely no refund provided.

LOLOL SDN. BHD. reserves its right to review any refund of voucher and amend any of the above mentioned terms and conditions from time to time.
